League Specifics: The following are the SCL specifics for matches:
• Combined stretch/warm up for ten (10) minutes. For multiple matches this starts immediately after conclusion of the prior match.
• Visitors warm-up first.
• Warm up time: 9 minutes for visitors; 9 minutes for home; 2 minutes combined serving.
• Each team provides a linesperson.

League Specifics: The following are the NBL specifics for matches:
• Combined stretch/warm up for FIVE (5) minutes. For multiple matches this starts immediately after conclusion of the prior match.
• Visitors warm-up first.
• Warm up time: 9 minutes for visitors; 9 minutes for home; 2 minutes combined serving.
• Each team provides a linesperson.

League Specifics: The following are the MCAL specifics for matches:
• If scheduled for a “triple header”: Frosh plays first, followed by JV then Varsity plays, unless otherwise indicated on your schedule.
• If scheduled for a “double header”: JV plays first, followed the Varsity match, unless otherwise indicated on your schedule.
• Home team provides BOTH linespeople.
• 20-minutes total time between matches, this includes:
• 4-minutes to clear benches from previous match, do a pregame meeting and conduct the coin flip.
• Home team warms-up first.
• Warm up time: 8 minutes per team — serving included.

• End of Season Senior Nights: Allowance of 5 minutes for the total senior recognition. It is the policy of our league that all that can be announced is the senior's name and that of their parents, no running commentary.

League Specifics: The following are the NCL II specifics for matches:
• Combined stretch/warm up for ten (10) minutes. For multiple matches this starts immediately after conclusion of the prior match.
• Visitors warm-up first.
• Warm up time: 10 minutes per team — serving included.
• There is no specific rule regarding who provides lines people. Ask coaches at pre-match conference.

League Specifics: 1) Varsity games begin at scheduled start time with the warm-ups beginning 19 minutes before scheduled start time.
Varsity matches start time is 1.5 hours after the scheduled start time for JV matches (example: JV @ 4:00pm, Varsity @ 5:30pm).
When there is no JV match, then the Varsity match should be scheduled to start at 4:30pm.

2) Pre-match warm-ups consist of 5-6-6-2: 6 minutes on the court for each team and 2 minutes for common serving. There will be a 5 minute "common time" preceding the first 6 minute warm-up. The host team takes its 6 minutes warm-up first.

3) In the event that a JV match is not decided after two games, the teams will play a 3rd game to 15 points, provided that it is not yet within 30 minutes of the scheduled varsity start time and the home team has been able to arrange officials. 

4) Lines People: Home team provides both.
